The monsters are ready for summer! Starting off this weekend, Fear & Sunshine and everybody else will be hitting the road. Although we’re not traveling too far from the land of Wisconsin, we’re having events every weekend until Wizard World Chicago.
For the full list of shows and details, visit the calendar. You can also grab the free, printable coloring page flyers while you’re there. And remember, if you bring a colored up ZomBean or are wearing one of the super cool new t-shirts at the show, you’ll get free button!
See you this summer!
I’m bringing some Wisconsin cheesiness over to the other side of the Great Lakes for my second trip to Motor City Comic Con!
This is the show’s 29th anniversary so you know they know what they’re doing when it comes to putting together a great event. They’re bringing together over 250 comic book creators, writers and artists, and more than fifty actors from the television and movie industry and over a million comics for sale, plus collectible toys, anime, movies, pop culture crafts and gaming merchandise! Something for all fans of comics and pop culture!
If you’re going to the show and haven’t jumped into the Madness with Fear & Sunshine, get started with the first book of the series for free right here.
See you at the show!
May 18, 19 & 20, 2018 at the

The robots are rising once again at Maker Faire!
Fear & Sunshine will be alongside real-life mad science on May 12th at Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin.
While I write stories with plenty of make-believe machinery coming to life, none of my tinkering is quite like what you’ll find here. It’s a great place to pick up a new hobby to bring your imagination to life.
If you ever wanted a robot to hang out with or to help around the house, this place will point you in the right direction.
Come out for this awesome event, get some books, and get your start on becoming a real mad scientist.
One John Nolen Dr.
10am to 5 pm
